Actually I note a few other gramatic mistakes after I had re-read the letter, but I had
just gotten off the phone with RSI, and after asking for an explanation as to why my
Hyb. war turn was missing, or why I had'nt recieved my DM set-up for the seventh time, I
 then wrote this forum letter under a full head of steam. But if thats all you find
wrong with my grammer, then your nit-picking.

But after getting my chain jerked for better then 4 months, I reserve the right to be
annoyed. And I find that those who are dissatisfied with RSI customer service run about
60/40 in favor of those who are unhappy with how they do business (this should say
something of the quality of the games though,if they are still in business).

So you've been playing since 89, and have had no problems with them at all?????????
