I have been in an on going struggle with this company, as they continueously seem to lose my return address. I have repeatedly asked for set-ups in "DuelMasters" and was involved in a game of "Hyborian Wars" that is for all intensive purposes now pointless because the game turn becomes late in three days from the time of this post. I can't even ask for a refund because they donnot seem interested in correcting any problems that have continuiosly arisen, and therefore my mail from them goes to anywhere but my home. Now what I don't understand is how an outstanding game like Hyborian war or Duelmaster could have survive with this company this long. The only answer would be LOSEY COUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I have repeatedly asked for re-mailings (hyb. wars) or set ups (Duel) to which I am constantly promised "It's in the mail" and they never arive. Hyb. war is a great middlin hard game for begginers and medium players. But I don't see how they can keep a customer base?? Something for you to consider. EWY Referenced By Up
