As a moderator, I'm curious: what constitutes "active involvement in the
newsgroup"?  For most, this seems to be the willingness to jump in frequently
on this endless, tedious discussion of ads.

If somebody asks a question about a game that I'm involved in, as a player
or a moderator, I'll post an answer.  Most of our players know that they
can ask us questions directly, so they just call us or send us email when
they want to know something.
