Madhouse does serve the US market (and the Australian market), but our
business model is a bit different from what has been seen in PBM in the
past.  Madhouse is a global PBM organization with independent business units
currently operating in the UK, the US, an Australia.

Ah while Madhouse is at it's core a PBM company as opposed to a PBEM
company, the organization like any smart commercial entity does take into
account the wishes of it's customers, as such most of the newer game designs
will support email play for those customers who desire to play that way.

I have found that the current Madhouse business strategy is quite sound and
in my opinion better serves the needs of it's customers then the strategy
you promote.
