Well I'm sorry if my criticism (re-printed below) was seen as snide or

Most impartial observers might just feel that I was the one showing the
self restraint here!

A simple apology or even the faintest sign of regret from MadHouse would
have been nice.  A pity is wasn't forthcoming!
