My experience in France show that a lot of players prefer to have paper and
e-mail turn reports.
the e-mail allows them to get the results faster;
but the printed reports are favored if they travel a lot and don't have a
printer.

so now as soon as a player send me his e-mail, he gets the two versions of
the reports at the cost of the printed version.
it is to him later do decide if he wants to receive only the e-mail version.
