If it does, then echeck is wrong. The proper action word is COMBATSPELL
- so it should be COMBATSPELL [LEVEL n] "Spell Name"

I'll fix this for the echeck version that the server uses. It seems
you're not the first to get confused by it, there was a thread on the
forum about this:
