Correct, but the name of the German state of Wuertemberg-Hohenzollern refers
to the estate (I'm not sure if that's the correct word, ie. their ancestral
lands) of the house of Hohenzollern, which happens to lie within that state's
area.  ("Hohenzollern" is actually the name of the mountain (an old volcano)
upon which the castle of what was to become the Hohenzollerns was built way
back when.)

The two states of Wuertemberg-Hohenzollern and W'berg-Baden refered to in the
original article were then merged into the modern state of Baden-Wuertemberg
(the Hohenzollern was dropped), which is still its current name.
