Absolutly right! The game could be tuned by changing some of the parameters:
A faster progression could be achieved by the reduction of production costs.

But morover, I'd like to change the relation of severals items value: E.g.

- Make production of capitals cheaper!

- Transportation of stuff like materials and capitals should be much less
  expensive than the transportation of human beings! For example, a cargo tech
  level of 1, each of the ships cargo mass points could be allow the
  transportation of 20 raw materials or 5 capitals or 1 colonist (not a container
  with 8 colonists inside, but only one colonist!)
