I'll take you up on it to end the flame wars.  If you would like me to
pay the $3.50 for you rules, I will.  All I ask is that if you decide to
play, you will tell them that I refered you.  I will get $5 in game credit
if you say this.  Otherwise, I'll eat the 3.50.  E mail me if your interested
along with your name and address and I will have them send you a rulebook.
