Alright, let me go out on a limb, and y'all can tell me why I'm wrong.
Why not revel in the fact that this guy's weak?  It means the rest of
his stats are pretty good, and still leaves open two distinct paths:
	1)  Aimed Blow
	2)  Total Scum

Since he's already pretty damned tough, *I* would be tempted to make
him a TP, aand maybe leave his strength at dagger level.  Bump up
his dft and spd (17's a break point, right?) and put anything left
over into WT (WL is hopeless).  Make him a dancer, moderate armor,
dagger in each hand, he's fast enough to avoid anything and had the
con to take some hits.  He would certainly be a more EXCITING TP than
a tank.

But Aimed Blow seems even more interesting.  He has the deftness to
actually connect in key spots, and can wait through a few hits before
feeling the pain.  For this, presumably raise his strength to epee level.
