For those people in Blind games, V2.38 has it. At the moment, only
the games I'm running are 2.38 though. When I release it, I'm sure
that Rob'll upgrade Hera to 2.38 shortly thereafter.

From looking at the code, it appears to be a trivial mod, and it makes
the player's lives much easier.

It does it in group order.
That is, if the first group encountered can pick up all the
col/cap/mat being shipped out of a planet, it will. One might perfer
that faster groups be loaded first, or things otherwise juggled around
so as to use as close to 100% of the cargo space as possible, but to
the best of my knowledge, no version of galaxy does this...
