No, no damage at all.  And no loss of character actions, just the
"headache" and "stabbing pain" and "unnaturally hot".  I know one familiar
in the game gives a free 12 point cause insanity spell, but that should
be doing some damage.

So the general concensis<sp> is that someone is atleast probing
me for reasons unknown.  And is possibly trying to zap me with one of
the nastier spells.  I'd really hate to start nailing all the non faction
members in the city just to hit one guy.  Just wish he/she would try to
start a character duel, I have NO dought who would win that.
