No, the assumption I'm making is that any character would prefer
to more ep then less.  As I said, the older character is earning more ep
now then the younger one, sometimes even for the same number of
successful actions.  Any character would like to earn more ep.  Unless
I'm missing something that's the argument, that higher power level
characters could have earned more ep at the lower levels if the changes
were implemented sooner.  But they are earning more ep now then the
younger characters exactly because of the changes.  If the older
character hadn't started earlier he wouldn't be getting more ep now.
Seems to me 2 different focuses.  Your's is what benefits the high PL
characters could have had if the changes were implemented earlier, mine
 what benefits the high PL characters now have because of the
changes that were implemented.  As I said, they seem to cancel out.

True they didn't.  And not all older characters benefit from
being able to get more e.p. in the guild.  Basically comes down to how
good/lucky was the character. :) (speaking as the player of an elf that
benefitted from 3 EBS I'm not going to say much on this subject.
