da da da da da...  Yes, this has been going on for YEARS!!  It just seems
to
get worse as time passes - why?  Because the games are being played
even though they have terrible customer service - and they KNOW it.
They are consistently rated by Paper Mayhem as one of the worst companies
for
customer service.  The PBM community needs to do what I and many others
have
done - boycott RSI.  I quit DM and HW several yaers ago, along with others,
and
will NEVER play an RSI game again.  As long as you keep paying them and
playing, they have no reason to change.
