That's always the answer for windows ... until Microsoft comes up
with A NEW ENLIGHTED STANDARD (THE BEST, FASTEST or WHATEVER) far away
from established standards.
Under unix its so easy (e.g. with mail):

uuencode player1.rst player1.rst | mail -s Results <email-address>

for all players:
	for player in 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11; do
		uuencode player${player}.rst player${player}.rst | mail -s Results
`email_of $player`
	done
