Unfortunately, I don't know of anything that will do *All*
that.
	You can come close with Eudora Light, wich is what I use.
	You can create mailing lists with as many or as few (1 or
more) names in it you want.  Enter the 'Nickname' of the player
(Player1, etc) rather than the entire address, or if you want to
send an e-mail to everybody, one nickname for all of them.
	It won't allow you to set an upload directory as far as I
can tell (I wish it would), but has it's own that can be accessed
per each e-mail.
	It will do MIME, and BinHex attachments.  (Why send
different formats?  You're the host, pick a protocal, and stick
with it.  Let your players decode it.  There are plenty of
decoding packages out there.
	As far as the text, simply copy and paste into each players
e-mail.  Again, since you're sending the same thing each time, to
each player, just pull up an old message, and copy it, making
only the changes necessarry for this turn.
	Sorry to sound like there is no hope, but I don't know of
one.
