Now, I'm not an expert in US law (assuming he lives here
in the US), but couldn't that be considered a type of mail
fraud? I believe that e-mail is considered under the law to
be the same thing as real paper mail. If this is the case,
and he was posing as another person, then what he did
could well not only be something that ruined the game,
but it could also have been ILLEGAL.
