Actually, the figure runs between .1 and .3% of mail dropped.  When the
figure get's into whole numbers (I have seen it get as high as 3% before
they shut the system down for repairs), then the AOL techs panic.  My
mailbox tends to run about 150-250 peices of game mail a day, since most
players in addition to moves have things like questions, shop orders and
such.  At a .1% rate, it means that I will lose about 1 letter every 4-5
days.  That's scary.  When the Ether starts acting up on the Net, it can
get worse.

I am running the ragged edge of that right now, since I just completed
moving the last of my belongings from my old house.  Oy Vey!  I hate
moving!
