Add that to the purchase orders, requests for clarifications, and other e-mail, and you've easily exceeded 1000 pieces of mail. A 3% drop rate (which, IMO, is inexcusable) means roughly 30 pieces of e-mail lost, mostly through the internet gateway. Eagle may be a bit slow responding to new player requests -- he gives first priority to existing (e.g. paying) customers. I've never heard of him taking more than a week to respond to a new player.
