My non grudge game elven agent/mage would be:
Teleport
Double Scout
Stealth (just for kicks)
FP Elven
60M RA- LAT
60M  RA-LAT
50E
40E
40E
40E or 40M
40A
40C
Name C/A's
My stleath data shows C/A's more likey to receive stealth bonus
but according to GSI's explanation it probably does not matter,
assuming you believe them ;)
Take VC #6 so you get one artifact number for free. I have had
Helm of Shadow and Ring of Binding as VC's not bad.
In FA all 213 artifacts need to be researched (RA'ed)

As a side not to Patrick: I disagree with you and Mark both, (previous post)
60A/30st (for example) will be a 61-90 point effective agent.
My theory is that a random % of stealth is applied each time an offensive agent
action is issued. 50% bounus of stealth rank forScoChar and guard actions
(passive actions)

Ji should have died, assassinating with a 40+A is asking for death.
Not to mention that Minas Tirith's loyaty was 90+, and the tagret
was an army commnader that had more natural ranks than Ji.
I wish someone would serve up Ji like that in one of my games :)
I would recommend 50+ net agent rank before attempting
assassination even with +20 kill.
All the above ramblings are my opinions only.
I may even respond to opposing viewpoints ;)
