They are beta testing a new e-mail front end, remimber Legends started as a
paper game and is being moved to e-mail. (though you can still play be paper,
not for everyone, but if your in the military, not a bad thing.)  And you can
also resubmit your turn as often as you want, up till your do date.

A solo game is good and bad, expecaly if yopur looking for a multiplayer type
game like Legends and your not used to makeing alliences fast or you run the
risk of being road kill.  You do have a point about set-up importance though.
But you can also get a lot of help on the Legends mailing list from other
players before you jump in.  And I normaly get a error report, turn reciept
withing 1-2 minutes depending on lag time.  And I preffer to have a human able
to fix a major screwup, over the imparcial computer that will let you totaly
hose over your turn if you so wish.<g>  Just another view.
