Here is a  thing I would like to see in galaxy report.

The ammount of tech you'll have on the next turn even if you upgrade
ships on planets where you're developing the tech.

One thing that I would like to see in galaxy engine was the ability to
upgrade only one of the ships components. Here is possible situation:
You have ships on a planet and see a huge incomming of enemy ships,
you will probably just want to upgrade those ships weapons and shields
and not the engines, that way you'll be able to upgrade more ships
then if you were upgrading all the ships components.
