It should be listed in the notice section of the turn report.

Yup it can be done. It depends in which games you play.
In my games you can send in advance orders by adding the turn
number to the subject line of your email that contains the orders.
So instead of,

Ace Orders

you would use

Ace Orders 51

To send in orders for the game Ace for turn 51. The galaxy server will
then send a confirmation.
