The CD contains all the programs, rules, information, and maps to allow anyone to setup and run their own science fiction campaign game of interstellar exploration and conflict. In addition, the CD also includes the rules for Fire On The Suns: Tactical Command, a fast-paced game of fleet command in the the FOTS universe and Todd A. Zircher's V_MAP pbem game aid.
