Casual GMs with little or no knowledge of C programming might be better off
downloading the programs for MSWL. They are DOS executables which run under
Windows 95, and can be used to automate small-to-medium sized games. (If
you have a Win 95 computer, that is, of course.) The instructions are a bit
skimpy, but the league's comissioner is very friendly and helpful.
