I don't know about ABM, but I always have had the impression that GSI is a
rather small organization (10 people, tops).  At least the same small set of
people tend to answer the phone and email is responded to promptly and
personally in a way that suggests to me a small, well organized group.

I once estimated their per week income based on the number of active games,
which I estimated based on how fast the "new game number" was increasing for
various games.  By my most optimistic estimates, it is not a multi-million
dollar company, unless it has substantial non-pbm revenues.  (Certainly
possible, I have not ever seen their books.)  So GSI does not appear to
compare in size to a Record company or other large entertainment industry.
And I'm perfectly happy with them the way they are.  When mistakes happen in
turn processing (not often), the GSI staff makes a good faith effort to
fairly correct them (fair for all players of that particular game).  And the
staff is friendly and helpful.  Big companies often lose that personal
touch.
