Space strategy game From: Aaron Boyden <aaron_boyden@banet.net> Date: Sat, 26 Sep 1998 00:00:00 +0000 I used to play Supernova II back when Rolling Thunder Games was running it, and briefly played it by computer with an outfit in Europe that had licensed it later. Anybody around here remember that game? If so, do you know of anything out nowadays with a comparable level of complexity but with good PBEM (filling out forms wasn't the fun part when I played RTG's Supernova, and the PBEM version I played later had a sufficiently user-unfriendly turn entry program that it was hardly an improvement)? I'm looking for a commercial game, as I haven't noticed many free games with hundreds of players, and besides I like to be able to complain to the GMs with only the guilt of knowing they're overworked and underpaid; knowing they're overworked and unpaid is a little too much for me. -- Aaron Boyden "I may have done this and that for sufferers; but always I seemed to have done better when I learned to feel better joys." -Thus spoke Zarathustra Up
