Spam - might as well ask how long is a piece of string ... every game is
different.

It depends on the game, the GUI, how reports are entered and processed.
Mostly it's just a case of doing what you do normally with an email game but
printing the results out to hardcopy and posting them off.

Costs: Stamps, envelopes, paper, ink, and other misc.
Time: time to print out results, fold them and stick em in envelope. Lick
stamp and post em all. Also input time if the game is computer moderation
(which I don't think yours is).

What you need is players who want to play by mail. Then you have to sort out
the format of your turn results. You'll want to take a little time making
them nice and groovy. For an RPG PBM, you'll want to use a word processor to
layout turns. Mail players expect more than a simple printout of a .txt
file.

That's it in a nutshell.
