[PBEM News] Rifts: Reclaimation

Howdy everyone!

I'm currently in the midst of running a RIFTs pbem, and I'm still
looking for one or two more players to round things out. The current
action is thus: A rather motley band of scalawags, scoundrels, mercs
and hired killers is currently on a raiding mission at the behest of
one O'piloc'nedom (from Atlantis) to acquire some heavy-duty NGR
hardware from a military base outside of Munich. So far, there's been
plenty of interaction, and we're just winding down a particularly
brutal combat, packed with inept bandits and a couple of mildly
retarded Yll Tree Climbers (it's not what I intended... I just rolled
a lot of 1's for them). So, what am I looking for? Well, for starters,
a good writer or two. Familiarity with the system is a definite plus,
but since I only really use dice for combat and the occasional really
really difficult skill attempt, it's not totally necessary. Half of
the current player base has little to no knowledge of the game
itself, which has actually proven more fun than problematic. In terms
of characters, at the moment I'm looking for someone willing to play a
Cyborg, and I've another slot open for, well, anything else besides
Dragons, Cosmo-Knights and Godlings. Oh, and did I mention, the party
is evil-aligned? Seventh level, too! So, if you're looking for
something to do with all of those world-books before they (hopefully
don't) become collector's items, or just want something fun to dig
your writing... fingers into, hit me up with an idea, and we can go
