For the last time (and to everyone, not just you Dave), I know plenty of others
have asked:

PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE TROLL!

Do not reply to the troll.  Do not shout at the troll.  Do not make threats to
the troll about how soon you will catch up with it and kill it / have its
account pulled / talk to it sternly.  Do not start new threads complaining about
the troll.  This is what the troll wants.

IGNORE THE TROLL.

Killfile the troll and get the hell on with the gaming.
