Phoenix: Galaxy game viewer and editor.

Hi,

This is mainly a message to all the beta testers of Phoenix.

A short while ago installed Win 98 and a second HD. Everything went to plan
bar one minor detail. I forgot to save my mail archive before I formatted to
FAT32 so I`m afraid I`ve lost everybody`s email addresses. If you could
re-email me your address, I`ll put you back on the list.

If anyone else wants to beta test, just drop me a line. Phoenix is a
Win95/98 program for Galaxy and GalaxyNG, currently in pre-release beta with
no help file until the next version. It features most of the stuff you`d
expect in a turn editor and some new stuff too, like drag and drop, scout
planets and an intelligent ship designer for example. Please note that parts
of the program have only been benchtested and may not do quite what is
expected in actual gameplay :-)

If you fancy just having a look at the program, the latest version will
always be available from www.btinternet.com/~gra

Finally, v0.98b is now on the web page. There are 41 bug fixes/additions
over the previous version and as far as I can tell I got all the reported
bugs.
