Blind Galaxy actually has the ability to generate a pretty complete
snapshot of the Galaxy via several of the GM level options. Not a turn
report mind you, but all of the groups and system info is easily
generated from the F option from the main menu. Some additional
information relating to battles, bombings, status lines, and maps is
also supported via other options accessible to the GM.

One of the other varients (Explorer?) has a more integrated and
complete GM snooping feature.

Due to the limited information nature of the game, I'd agree that it
is unwise to share this to the general population, however.
