That's one of the wonders of the net - you can say what you like without the
threat of violence.  (Actually, with plenty of *threats* from the '3l1t3 d00dz'
who can 'like, track u down, d00d', but no violence).  I personally think that's
a *good* thing - there is no reason to meet verbal (or written) abuse with
physical retaliation.  Of course, if I start dishing it out via email, I expect
to get it back just as good ;)

It's the infuriating "the customer is always right" mentality.  They're paying
you money, so you *will* deliver whatver they ask for, and crawl over broken
glass to kiss their feet and apologise for not delivering it yesterday.  As far
as I can tell, you get them in *every* industry.
