It's got to be eight years since I last played, and I've not kept any
results, but isn't it $0.4 for apartments?  Whatever - James should
be able to check it out himself in a turn or two :)

If there's one single tip that ranks above all others it's this:
diplomacy is life.  The game mechanics are pretty simple, but that
means more scope for diplomacy.  And if you don't have allies, even a
very strong position is liable to be nuked - usually just before turn
20, when the Boss level arrives.
