The group was founded in 1965 with three goals: 1 To provide a forum in which an internationally useable play by mail sytem could be utilised. 2 To encourage the spread of war gaming outside of the US. 3 To provide members with opponents who would complete games promptly and fairly. We offer sevices such as a news letter, a judge to solve disputed, and a match coordinator to pair up opponents. We have about 250 members world wide.
