That would depend on what you didn't like.  If you were making
assumptions about game mechanics having played only one turn and quite
probably having no idea of how the dynamics of that mechanic
would work in play over the course of the game then I'd say you
were both arrogant and not the sort of player a GM would want anyway.
(Not the sort I'd want, certainly.)

On the other hand, if you had a problem like "rulebook
not clear enough to follow the rules" or "I hate the way the
turn printouts look because xxx" then that would be useful to a GM, yes.

As above, maybe they would.  Dropouts in PBM are often are
nothing to do with problems with a game but with problems with
a player, or a combination of the two.
So even *knowing* why won'y always help. You can't please all
the people etc etc.
