The Atlantis source code release, version 4.0.2, is now available for public download at the Atlantis Project. This release features: The Atlantis Conquest rule-set, version 1.0.2. Atlantis Conquest is a simple, closed-ended version of Atlantis, where players battle in a small world. The Standard Atlantis rule-set, version 4.0.2. Standard Atlantis is mostly the same as the commercial game of Atlantis 3.0. A new, better random number generator has been included, which fixes a number of problems that were caused by the old (crummy) random number generator. Various bug-fixes have been incorporated. The Atlantis engine, and both rule-sets, are still beta-release software, and have not been extensively tested.
