Description:

Elysium, City of the Damned, is an expanding chronicle set in the
fictional city of Elysium; a 'living-breathing' city based in the World of
Darkness.

Though the storylines are run independently, they form the basis of a
self-contained community where characters have the potential to influence
each other (both directly and indirectly). They may form alliances and aid
each other, or bitter rivalries where they seek to plot the downfall of
their enemies and opponents.

All storylines are play-by-post, which means that posting can be done at
leisure, without the need for STs and players to schedule a time to meet
or conduct games online. However, a mininum post rate of a couple of times
a week should be expected to keep each storyline ticking-over. STs and
groups are also welcome to conduct their storylines via chat and post the
final results if desired.

Though each story can be run completely independently, STs are encouraged
to discuss their stories with other STs in order to find plots and places
where player characters can interract (both positively and negatively).
All White Wolf templates (Mortal, Vampire, Werewolf, Mage, Promethean,
Changeling) are welcome.
