THE FIGHT FOR FREEDOM BEGINS....

2055. The world is in a state of emergency. The Chaodi Empire, a
xenophobic confederation first seen in the final episode of "SeaQuest:
2032", has suffered a series of devastating natural disasters which have
brought it to the brink of collapse. To save their dying nation, the
Chaodi have launched a massive military campaign resembling the expansion
of Japan before World War II: the conquest of the Pacific and Asia. And
the Chaodi Empire is growing. Experts say they could conquer India,
Russia, Europe, and North America within the next five years if they're
not stopped.

The UEO and Macronesia are gravely concerned, and put aside their past
differences and form an alliance to counter the Chaodi threat. But Chaodi
technology is far more advanced than anything the UEO and Macronesia
possess, and if war broke out its obvious the Chaodi would emerge as the
victors. But there's a solution: SeaQuest. But SeaQuest is no longer in
service. She's been decommissioned, and now serves as an underwater museum
at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

But that's no problem. Under the direction of UEO's finest engineers,
the SeaQuest has been taken out of mothballs and is being refitted with
new engines, a new stealth skin, new weapons systems, and other new
technology. Join SeaQuest as she takes to sea to defend the seas once
again. Meanwhile, in the Chaodi Empire, an underground movement led by the
daughter of the Emperor herself has been organized. Its goal: to overthrow
the Emperor.
