GURPS PBeM needs 2 players From: foxyandy@hotmail.com Date: Wed, 14 Jul 1999 00:00:00 +0000 I've been burned by a couple of timewasters, and consequently I have openings for 2 players in a Cyberpunk PBeM game. The game uses the GURPS rules, and has 1 turn per week, plus a lot of inter-character email. You need access to the GURPS rules to play - GURPS lite would do (d/l from www.sjgames.com), but preference given to anyone with access to GURPS rulesbooks. Vacancy 1: Must be filled - player needed to take over after another player dropped out at the last minute. Character sheet is fully generated, but character needs roleplaying development. This is a key character to the storyline, and a very intersting one to play. Player must be able to go 'in at the deep end' as this character needs playing ASAP. Vacancy 2: (optional) Opening for 'fixer'/dealer/techie type character. Good concept required. Character stats undeveloped. IF interested, send a concept based on 120 points (TL8, and don't forget that this character lives and dies by it's streetwise/contacts/allies). Email me immediately on andy_rennard@email.com to register your interest. First come, first served. I need to move quickly on this. You must be willing to play 1 turn per week, plus a lot of inter-player chat (which often is the basis for that weeks turn). OK, everyone has vacations, but you should otherwise be willing to be committed. You must be able to get involved straight away, at the deep end. You need to be able to write creatively, think laterally, and provide me with lots of detail for yout turn Email the answers to these questions to andy_rennard@email.com: 1) Which character do you want to play (#1 or #2) ? 2) Do you have any GURPS rules (minimum 'Lite', pref 'Basic Set') ? 3) How often do you check your email ? 4) Can you commit to 1 turn per week ? 5) Have you played PBeM/PBM before ? 6) Can you write creative turns ? So far, this has been a highly rewarding game, but I must stress this : STRICTLY NO TIMEWASTERS !! Andy Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Share what you know. Learn what you don't. Up
