Most players are 25+. A new Pelagoria is about to open and is looking for players skilled in the arts of strategy, diplomacy, politics and some understanding of historical contexts. The game enables the player to think in terms of both short term and long term strategies, and enables you to feel confident that the game will still be there when you want it to be - the GM has not missed a two week deadline in 10 years.
