Yeah I didn't until it reached up and slapped me in the face either.  My gut
instinct was to not let them play as I'm a firm believer in punishment, but
being the evil capitalist that I am I figured I might as well make some
profit off of the system.

The majority of the inmates have family members on the outside pay for their
PBM gaming.

Don't know about it being a gold mine, but it is captive [sic] market, a
growth market (unfortunately), and I'd much rather have them sending me and
PBM companies money than the tobacco companies.
