Description:

BOTN is a free online football (soccer) management game. Each manager
selects a team from the English Premiership or Division One, then takes
control of their transfers and tactics for each match. BOTN was founded in
Feb. 2004, and has been running roughly alongside the real life football
seasons since then (give or take a few months here and there!). BOTN uses
the ESMS+ software to simulate matches.

The great thing about the game is the fact that it can be very long term
(some managers have been around for all four years), and given proper
management any team can gain success in the long run. Of course, feel free
to try it out for a short time to see if you enjoy it. Many other ESMS
sites have no history and may close at any time, but if you join BOTN you
can be sure your efforts wont be wasted.
