Anyways, the idea is simply that their be two dead-lines the one you tell your players about and the one you actually use. It seems to me that, never having run a pbm, it would be likely that most late orders are barely late. Having the true deadline be a day or two later would give those late players an extra grace period and produce less unhappy players that the GM would have to deal with. A key component to this idea working is that the players don't know that the true dead-line is actually say two days later. If this idea is already employed, or it has some flaw that I don't recognize to my inexperience feel free to comment. Referenced By Up
