The way it would work is each player would pick a franchise. Then each season, you get to select a certain year for that franchise. There will be certain rules each season. For instance, one year I might require you to pick a team that didnt make the playoffs or a team that finished last or a wildcard playoff team. Then you would play a regular 16 week season. Before each game you get to design a game plan based on percentages (run or pass, halfback or fullback) in different situations (1st and 10, 2nd and short, etc.).
