Desiging a game is every bit as skilled as programming a game, yet everybody
thinks they can do it.  It's a bit like writing good novels.  Anybody who can
write a bit *thinks* they can do it.  Nevertheless, i'll try and answer your
question.

Getting your game programmed options:-

(1)  Find a great programmer who does not also think they are a game designer,
who has lots of free time and who doesn't mind spending it programming your
game.

(2)  Hire a programmer and pay through the nose for however long it takes to
get your game programmed.  Be prepared for *lots* of correspondence.  A
programmer is going to want *everything* in writing, including many things you
will not have even considered or, indeed, dreamed of.

(3)  Learn to use a programming language yourself.

(4)  Find a programmer interested in a joint venture, but be prepared for them
to completely usurp your ideas with their own, because everybody *thinks* they
can design a game.
