iPhone Bluetooth Headset, paired it with my iPhone and tried

friend. I had no problem hearing him but he could not hear anything I
said. I already tried to pair it with my Macbook Air but their the
microphon did not work either. Does anyone have an idea if I'm missing
something here? Couldn't find anything in the manual or on the support
