Quest Online, anyone?... From: "Casparian" <casp@quest-tome.co.uk> Date: Fri, 14 Apr 2000 00:00:00 +0000 Hi all, just a quick post as I want to get to bed. Anyway, I've not seen it mentioned elsewhere... KJC's Quest Online has gone live, and they are accepting startups. You can have a free twenty turn party in world 19, after which you can either move this party into the full world (20) or restart another free party... you can have unlimited parties in the free world (only one at a time). The cost is 10 for a week or 30 a month, which covers unlimited turns in your alloted time. You're told how many hours you have let for which you have paid. If the system stops receiving turns, the clock is stopped, so if they have technical faults, you will not be charged. It's basically Quest: The Second Age without deadlines, although there are a lot of changes to the game, even more new monsters etc. Twenty turns for free can't be bad! http://www.kjcgames.com - here you can find more info and sign up http://online.questpbm.co.uk - the official newsletter site http://www.questpbm.co.uk http://www.quest-tome.co.uk - two unofficial quest fan sites I don't work for KJC games, but I am a fan of Quest and ... well, that's it <g> Yep, I do run Quest Tome (and started Quest:PBM), but no, I don't make any money from it at all.
