Why does it have to be one v the other? Email has it's strengths, the web has it's strengths, why not accept that everyone will prefer one over the other to a varying degree and that that an ideal mix need not be at either end of the spectrum? PBWEM - blend the immediacy of the web with the convenience of email. Resolve tactics on the web, strategy via email, and diplomacy however you want. My vote is for a happy medium. Henry.
